About The Position

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior DoD Financial Analyst / Program Financial Manager to provide senior-level PPBE, programming, budgeting, and execution support. The role includes developing spend plans and POM/SPAR inputs; tracking obligations and disbursements; reconciling program funding; producing financial reports for leadership; and supporting LCCE, LCSP, IGCE, and acquisition documentation.

The position is located in Fort Detrick, Maryland. Travel may be required up to 20%. This is a direct-hire W-2 employee position; the company does not accept 1099 independent consultants, staffing firms, or C2C candidates and cannot sponsor H-1B visas. U.S. citizenship is required. Requirements

• Proficiency with ACEIT.
• Experience with DoD financial and budget processes.
• Knowledge of DoD PPBE.
• Knowledge of RDT&E, Procurement, and O&M appropriations.
• Knowledge of budget execution.
• Financial reporting and analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• U.S. citizenship.

Nice To Haves

• Current WRPBH financial incumbent.
• Experience with MDAPT, PTS, CBE, PCAN, CCaR, or PIEE.
• DHA medical acquisition financial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior PPBE, programming, budgeting, and execution support.
