About The Position

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior DoD Financial Analyst / Program Financial Manager to provide financial and program management support. The position is onsite in Fort Detrick, Maryland, and involves senior-level support for Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), programming, budgeting, and budget execution. The role supports spend plans and POM/SPAR inputs, tracks and reconciles program funding, prepares financial reports for leadership, and contributes to lifecycle cost and acquisition documentation. Travel may be required up to 20%. The position is a direct-hire W-2 role; Arcetyp does not accept 1099, staffing-firm, or corp-to-corp candidates and cannot sponsor H-1B visas. U.S. citizenship is required. Compensation details are provided to interested applicants. Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Proficiency with ACEIT.
• Experience with DoD financial and budget processes.
• Knowledge of DoD PPBE.
• Knowledge of RDT&E, Procurement, and O&M appropriations.
• Knowledge of budget execution.
• Financial reporting and analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to develop financial schedules and support lifecycle cost estimates.

Nice To Haves

• Current WRPBH financial incumbent.
• Experience with MDAPT, PTS, CBE, PCAN, CCaR, and PIEE.
• DHA medical acquisition financial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior PPBE, programming, budgeting, and execution support.
• Develop spend plans and POM/SPAR inputs.
• Track obligations and disbursements and reconcile program funding.
• Produce financial reports for leadership.
• Support LCCE, LCSP, IGCE, and acquisition documentation.
• Develop financial schedules and support lifecycle cost estimates.
