The Senior Docket Clerk assists with maintaining the litigation calendar for the Washington, D.C. office Managing Law Clerks ("MLC") department. Additionally, they process complex filings in various state and federal courts and agencies, provide strategic calendar guidance, answer procedural questions, and conduct docket research, using advanced online litigation software tools, collaborate with MLC personnel, utilizing various department internal systems, procedures and technologies, to automate the delivery of federal court filings and deliver procedural guidance and Firm litigation experience data.
