This is a field-based role reporting to a Region Business Director. The Senior District Manager (DM) will manage a team of field-based Oncology Sales Specialists who will plan and execute territory business plans for breakthrough products in Oncology. The role requires demonstrating business and clinical expertise, building a strategic plan, and guiding the team to deliver sales results within an assigned budget. Strong leadership skills are essential for building a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team, while also developing individual talent and managing performance. The position involves connecting with internal and external customers, shaping the business to help appropriate patients, and working with minimal supervision. Adaptability to change and an understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech regulatory and promotional guidelines are crucial.
