About The Position

The Senior Dissemination Analyst supports the Data Capabilities Division’s worldwide intelligence dissemination mission as part of a team providing automation and information technology support. The program works with government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals have consistent access to appropriate data through operational management, information sharing, data brokering and governance, messaging support, and access management. The role supports intelligence dissemination across security domains by preparing and processing appropriately marked products, staging and tagging documents across networks, fulfilling user requests, and maintaining logs and continuity information. It also generates and modifies intelligence metadata in accordance with Government-approved direction and determines the releasability of intelligence information. The work is performed at an open office desk within a SCIF. The schedule is Monday through Friday, eight hours per day, with core hours from 0900 to 1500.

Requirements

At least 4 years of demonstrated experience managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
Experience preparing and processing the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains and approved intelligence repositories.
Experience ensuring accurate and complete generation and modification of intelligence metadata consistent with Government-approved direction.
Experience with DoD policies and procedures for determining the releasability of classified information.
Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, or technically advanced.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Ability to collaborate with other Intelligence Community members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Ability to lead teams researching multifaceted or critical problems; guide selection, design, and application of analytic methodologies; and use argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and produce reports using text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience working in government/DoD unclassified and classified environments.
Current TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph.
Education and experience: High school diploma with 15 years of experience, associate degree with 12 years, bachelor’s degree with 10 years, or master’s degree with 8 years.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process appropriately marked products between security domains.
Stage and tag documents across multiple networks according to customer requirements.
Fulfill user requests received through group phone and group email requests.
Update logs and pertinent information to support consistency and continuity.
Ensure accurate and complete generation and modification of intelligence metadata consistent with Government-approved direction.
Determine the releasability of intelligence information.
Complete required safety training and responsibilities, as appropriate, and support emergency response tasks and safety committees or teams.
Perform job activities in compliance with Amentum quality policies, quality-system documents, and customer contracts.
Read, understand, and implement applicable operational, safety, quality, and environmental plans, procedures, and policies.
