About The Position

Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, compliance and governance strategies. We also provide Specialty consulting services including clinical/health management program design, pharmacy solutions, voluntary benefit strategies, disability/absence management strategies and claims audit services. Product based solutions such as our pharmacy purchasing coalition round out our broad-based suite of offerings. This role will support the expansion of voluntary insurance consulting capabilities across the Western and Central regions of the United States for our middle market size segment. Serving as a subject matter expert, the position will lead efforts related to new business development, go-to-market strategy, voluntary benefits product consulting, service design, and ongoing client relationship management for WTW clients. The role is responsible for executing a growth and sales strategy that drives market penetration and revenue growth, while continuously refining the voluntary benefits product and service offering to meet evolving client needs. Key responsibilities include designing and building voluntary benefit strategies to support scalable client delivery, developing training programs and resources for Health & Benefits consultants, fostering cross-line-of-business collaboration, and coordinating with external carrier and vendor partners. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing WTW's voluntary benefits strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality client solutions.
