The Senior Account Manager (Sr. AM) is a client-facing consultant and strategic contributor within the Voluntary Benefits Consulting practice. This role is responsible for leading marketing and consulting activities for clients under 500 lives while supporting broader client management and practice initiatives across all market segments. The Sr. AM serves as a trusted advisor to internal account teams and clients, delivering thoughtful, data-driven recommendations that enhance benefit offerings, improve employee experience, and drive sustainable growth. This role also contributes to the evolution of the practice by supporting carrier strategy, market intelligence, and internal capability development.
