$127,487 - $172,483Remote

About The Position

As Leading Educators' senior technology leader, you will shape and execute the organization's technology vision and strategy in direct support of our mission to ensure every student succeeds in school and in life. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll provide strategic leadership across technology strategy, systems and security, AI governance, organizational technology adoption, and technology operations—driving decisions that enable educators to focus on what they do best: teaching. This is a role of significant influence and impact. You won't just manage infrastructure; you'll architect the technology ecosystem that empowers our team to work shoulder-to-shoulder with school systems to overcome instructional challenges, foster collaboration, and ignite new possibilities at the intersection of teaching, talent, and technology. Every decision you make will ripple through our organization and ultimately support students' success. Leading a small, talented technology team, you'll ensure that LE's technology investments are secure, scalable, sustainable, and—most importantly—effectively adopted across the organization. You'll build organizational capacity to translate technology investments into everyday practices that drive real results. This is an opportunity to lead with vision, mentor emerging talent, and demonstrate how strategic technology leadership advances educational excellence.
