About The Position
The Senior Director, System Optimization and Transfers supports franchise portfolio optimization by leading targeted buyer recruitment, priority transfer transactions, transaction financial tracking, and transfer governance. The role helps connect qualified buyers with priority opportunities, coordinates complex transfer activity, develops transaction insights, and provides structure and oversight to the administrative transfer process. It combines franchise business knowledge, unit-level economics, transaction coordination, relationship management, cross-functional leadership, and disciplined process execution across the brand portfolio.
