About The Position

The Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships & Alliance Management provides leadership within US Primary Care for a defined portfolio of strategic external partnerships. This role is responsible for translating Primary Care partnership strategy into disciplined execution, negotiation, governance, and measurable value delivery. Reporting to the Senior Director, New Channels & Partnerships, this position owns PfizerForAll-related partnerships across Primary Care and, where applicable, into Oncology and Specialty, in addition an assigned portfolio of obesity-focused partnership initiatives. The role directly manages two Alliance Management leaders and establishes alliance management standards across the Partnerships team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 12+ years of experience in biopharma, healthcare, digital health, or related ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex strategic partnerships or alliance management initiatives.
  • Experience with digital health partners, patient access models including online pharmacies, telehealth, and ecosystem-based partnerships
  • Experience managing and developing leaders within a matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer.
  • This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution and performance management across an assigned portfolio of Primary Care partnerships.
  • Own PfizerForAll-related partnerships for Primary Care and where the platform extends into Oncology and Specialty. Manage existing partnerships and add partners aligned to strategy.
  • Drive obesity-focused ecosystem partnership initiatives within Primary Care.
  • Structure, negotiate, and operationalize complex strategic partnerships aligned to established priorities.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes through KPI tracking, governance discipline, and structured performance reviews.
  • Establish and implement alliance management frameworks, governance processes, and performance standards across the Partnerships team.
  • Ensure consistent value realization, risk mitigation, and operational rigor across all partnerships.
  • Lead executive-ready business reviews and partnership performance assessments.
  • Identify optimization and expansion opportunities within existing alliances.
  • Partner with the PfizerForAll Product Lead to align partnership execution with platform roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate with Medical and Legal teams to ensure alignment with clinical strategy and compliant execution.
  • Coordinate with CMO, Commercial, Digital, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Oncology, and Specialty stakeholders to enable integrated delivery.
  • Provide partnership updates and strategic recommendations within Primary Care leadership forums.
