About The Position

Xponential Fitness is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to help drive and scale strategic partnership initiatives across its portfolio of brands, including Club Pilates, Pure Barre, YogaSix, StretchLab, and BFT. This role will support the development and execution of partnerships that drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and improve franchisee economics. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director will lead day to day partnership management and execution while collaborating cross functionally across Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Franchise Operations, and Brand teams. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast paced environment and can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, account management, or related fields
  • Proven experience managing partnerships and cross functional initiatives
  • Strong business and financial acumen with understanding of customer acquisition and revenue models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management and execution capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in franchise, multi unit, marketplace, or consumer facing businesses preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the strategic partnerships roadmap across all brands
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across aggregators, loyalty programs, lifestyle brands, and accessibility or affordability solutions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of partnerships that drive customer acquisition and long term customer value
  • Assess partnership opportunities based on strategic alignment, financial impact, operational feasibility, and franchisee benefit
  • Manage the partnership lifecycle from outreach and negotiation through activation and ongoing relationship management
  • Support contract negotiations and coordinate with Legal and Finance teams as needed
  • Develop partnership proposals, business cases, and recommendations for leadership review
  • Ensure partnership structures align with business goals and franchisee economics
  • Collaborate with Franchise Operations and Brand teams to support successful partnership rollouts across studios
  • Help ensure partnerships are easy to implement and scalable across the franchise network
  • Support initiatives that improve lead generation, customer acquisition efficiency, and customer retention at the studio level
  • Gather feedback from franchisees and internal stakeholders to improve partnership effectiveness
  • Coordinate partnership launches and activation plans across multiple brands and stakeholders
  • Maintain partnership trackers, timelines, and reporting tools
  • Partner cross functionally to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and communication plans
  • Help drive operational consistency and process improvement across the partnerships function
  • Track partnership performance against key metrics including leads, revenue, ROI, CAC, and LTV
  • Prepare regular reporting and performance updates for leadership
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing partnerships and improve results
  • Support ongoing partner accountability and performance management
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high accountability team environment
  • Mentor and support junior team members as appropriate
  • Operate with a hands on, solutions oriented mindset
  • Represent the company in partner meetings, negotiations, and industry events as needed
