About The Position

Fullscript is an industry-leading health technology company dedicated to improving patient care. The company is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Finance to drive growth and strategic decision-making. This role involves translating analysis into KPIs and operational targets, managing the execution of strategy, and shaping the business's performance narrative. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, this position partners with the GM of the core supplements business and acts as a key finance partner within an operating model that emphasizes collaboration with business leaders to drive forecasting, prioritization, and execution in a rapidly growing health tech company within the wellness sector.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate strategy with demonstrable impact as a business partner to a GM or BU.
  • Structured problem solver adept at tackling ambiguous business challenges and translating analyses and growth initiatives into clear plans and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong hands-on modeling skills, including driver-based forecasts, scenario analysis, unit economics, and business cases.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority.
  • Bias for impact and speed, thriving on ambiguity and converting it into measurable plans.
  • Accountability orientation: ability to set clear targets and ensure follow-through.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience embedding with Product/Commercial teams, or in high-growth, product-led or e-commerce environments.
  • Technical fluency with SQL/BigQuery, Looker/Sigma, or similar tools.
  • Experience operationalizing analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the GM’s trusted finance partner, collaborating with leaders across Product, Operations, and Supply Chain to establish metrics for tracking performance and growth initiatives.
  • Drive accountability and results across teams in collaboration with the GM.
  • Provide financial insights to guide tradeoffs in initiatives, investments, and operational decisions.
  • Define and measure key business performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for financial and operational improvement.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover performance drivers and areas for value creation.
  • Evaluate growth opportunities, stress-test assumptions, quantify payback and risk, and develop business cases for strategic investment decisions.
  • Produce executive-ready briefings including performance narratives, quantified options, recommended actions, assigned owners, and success metrics.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business’s economic drivers and their impact on growth and profitability.
  • Maintain a dynamic economic model and produce monthly performance narratives highlighting risks, opportunities, and plans.
  • Convert analysis into dashboards, templates, and self-service assets for cross-functional partners.
