Capchase is looking for a high-performing Strategic Finance Leader to serve in our Finance organization and take end-to-end ownership of our most critical strategic and financial initiatives. Requirements

4-6+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, or similar roles
F.I.G., lending, or technology experience is a strong plus
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; Experience with BI tools
Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to simplify complex problems
Outstanding communication skills, with polish to present to C-level and investors
Resourceful, proactive, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

Own Strategic Planning: Lead the financial planning processes including the annual budget, long-term forecasts, and scenario modeling.
Shape Company Strategy: Partner with senior leadership on pricing, new product opportunities, M&A, and growth strategies.
Drive Data-Driven Decision-Making: Build models, dashboards, and reporting that surface the right KPIs to guide leadership decisions.
Create Executive Outputs: Lead the development of materials for the Board, investors, and company-wide reviews.
Business Partnering: Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Capital Markets to bring a financial lens to strategic decisions.
Operational Excellence: Build scalable models, reporting infrastructure, and processes that enable the finance team to lead from the front.
