About The Position

Capchase is seeking a high-performing Strategic Finance Leader to join its Finance organization. This role will have end-to-end ownership of critical strategic and financial initiatives, offering a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of a category-defining fintech company. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, apply structured thinking to complex problems, and excel at translating data into actionable strategy. This position involves working closely with founders and the executive team.

Requirements

4-6+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, or similar roles.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Experience with BI tools.
Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex problems.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives and investors.
Resourceful, proactive, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

F.I.G., lending, or technology experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning processes, including annual budget, long-term forecasts, and scenario modeling.
Partner with senior leadership on pricing, new product opportunities, M&A, and growth strategies.
Build models, dashboards, and reporting to surface key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership decision-making.
Lead the development of materials for the Board of Directors, investors, and company-wide reviews.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Capital Markets teams to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
Develop scalable models, reporting infrastructure, and processes to enhance the finance team's capabilities.
