About The Position

The Senior Director of Implementation and Client Solutions leads the Regulatory Communications Solutions and Project Management team supporting RDC, DocuBuilder, and related client solutions, with functional oversight of the Creative Design capability for DocuBuilder. The role develops the team, supports client solutioning, and ensures successful execution of client onboarding and complex change initiatives. The Senior Director moves between executive discussions and delivery detail, challenges assumptions, reviews requirements and estimates, resolves conflicts, and ensures commitments are realistic. The role is accountable for solution quality, successful onboarding, team performance, and delivery against commitments within a cross-functional delivery model, while building capable owners across the team and stepping into detailed solutioning, requirements, or delivery work when needed.
