Nexxen is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to join their growing commercial organization. This role will be based in Chicago and will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for key holding companies in Chicago, as well as the Minneapolis and Wisconsin territories. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this leadership position will focus on driving regional revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and coaching a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the programmatic ecosystem, including Managed Service, PMPs, Hybrid, CTV, OLV, and Display, along with established agency and brand relationships. This role is critical in shaping market strategy, increasing market share, strengthening executive partnerships, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. The position requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a passion for team building, problem-solving, and delivering client and company results.
