Requirements

  • Directs teams to conduct thorough market research and analysis across diverse product portfolios, ensuring alignment with Oracle's strategic goals and continuously refining competitive strategies to lead in the marketplace.
  • Directs teams in identifying and capitalizing on customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Champions internal teams in the development of problem statements and solutions.
  • Guides the product lifecycle from planning to release and establishes long-term initiatives for evolving the product roadmap for an extensive portfolio of products/features.
  • Establishes innovative best practices organization-wide and champions analytic framework for data-driven decision-making.
  • Partners with key stakeholders at the executive level to define and drive product direction.
  • Drives alignment across Lines of Business (LOB) to drive product innovation and evolution.
  • Establishes success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs and KPIs) for multiple products and features.
  • Provides strategic oversight to teams in customer advocacy and customer-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that products are tailored to customer needs.
  • Guides the resolution development process for complex and/or high-stakes customer issues.
  • Guides and strategically coordinates the delivery for the field team and governs various go-to-market efforts, such as recruiting and supporting early adopters to validate and refine product solutions, developing user documentation, and product demonstrations.
