Requirements
- Minimum of 12+ years of relevant and related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Travel occasionally, up to 15-20%, for key moments such as team summits, training, customer meetings, company events, etc., with increased frequency during peak periods based on business demands.
- This position is subject to company on call policies which constitutes working hours outside of the normal workday as needed.
- Manage and lead others effectively, growing the skill set and capabilities of the team holistically and for each individual contributor.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle models.

Responsibilities
- Guiding the overall roadmap for the Product portfolio of PowerSchool.
- Leading and managing the business analysis, roadmap development and guiding all product activities for the Product portfolio.
- Capturing, articulating and managing requirements and use case documentation.
- Leading the development and implementation of the Classroom Portfolio roadmap.
- Managing a team of product management professionals.
- Assessing needs and opportunities for Classroom products through research and feasibility analysis.
- Managing, gathering, and analyzing competitive intelligence data for product lines.
- Participating in product modification, support cost reduction, margin analysis, forecasting, product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Ensuring roadmap plans are aligned with portfolio vision, business objectives, market needs, and competitive environment.
- Acting as a senior product expert positioned as a key resource with Clients, prospects and partners.
- Working with Sales and Project Management to gather/document business requirements.
- Leading the writing and curation of clear, detailed business requirements for product and project initiatives.
- Working effectively within and across Classroom data operations and engineering teams to execute projects and roadmap items.
- Assisting in creating go to market strategies.
- Staying abreast of changing industry regulations affecting product development.
