•$232,900 - $291,100•Onsite

About The Position

The Senior Director of Revenue Enablement will build and lead Uniphore’s global Revenue Enablement function from the ground up. The role sets the function’s strategy, charter, operating model, budget, and four-quarter roadmap; hires and leads a small global team; and partners with executive stakeholders, including Sales leadership and the SVP of RevOps. It is a hands-on position responsible for creating programs, content, and systems, using automation and AI to scale field readiness and connect enablement to ramp, productivity, and bookings. The role owns revenue enablement end to end across onboarding and ramp, sales methodology, product launch readiness, continuous learning, frontline manager coaching, content and sales tools, AI-powered enablement, measurement, and partner enablement. It establishes readiness and revenue-impact measures and reports program results to executive staff. The position is onsite in Palo Alto, California, and requires effective collaboration across time zones with colleagues and sales leaders in other regions.
