About The Position

This is a senior, hands-on role at the center of Teramind's Go-To-Market (GTM) engine. The position will own how Teramind is positioned, packaged, and sold. Key responsibilities include defining messaging across four converging categories (Insider Risk Management, Data Loss Prevention, AI Governance, and employee monitoring), equipping the sales team with necessary tools to succeed, and translating a dynamic product roadmap into compelling market narratives. Additionally, the role will lead the creative production function, managing an AI-first content creator and establishing systems for a lean team to achieve high volume and quality output.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product marketing.
  • At least 3 years in B2B cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven ownership of positioning in a multi-category or category-creation environment.
  • A track record of building sales enablement that sales teams actively use.
  • Fluency in competitive intelligence, with the ability to translate win/loss data into sharper messaging.
  • Experience managing creative or content talent.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI-powered production workflows.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Analyst relations experience (e.g., Gartner, Forrester).

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously test core positioning across IRM, DLP, AI Governance, and employee monitoring, aligning buyer search behavior and language with company messaging on the website and in campaigns.
  • Build and pressure-test persona and buyer-journey frameworks against actual sales data.
  • Own the sales enablement stack, including onboarding decks, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and pricing/packaging narratives.
  • Build and maintain competitive battlecards for key competitors and provide sales with updated win/loss insights.
  • Partner with the Product team to translate the roadmap into GTM narratives, launch plans, and sales-facing collateral.
  • Conduct and synthesize win/loss and churn interviews to refine messaging and inform product roadmap development.
  • Lead the creative production function, managing an AI-first content creator and building systems for efficient content production.
