About The Position

SymphonyAI is looking for a Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for our AI-powered Retail and CPG solutions. This role is focused on driving market adoption, accelerating revenue growth, and enabling enterprise sales through differentiated product marketing. We're looking for a strategic product marketer with deep experience in B2B Retail SaaS who can translate product innovation into measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Experience marketing software solutions to the Retail, Grocery, CPG, Supply Chain, Merchandining, or Store Operations industries.
  • Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and customer adoption.
  • Strong experience supporting enterprise sales through positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing AI or Generative AI products.
  • Background in Retail AI, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Applications.
  • Experience with competitive intelligence, analyst relations, and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and modern GTM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for AI-powered Retail SaaS solutions.
  • Drive product launches and market adoption across enterprise retail customers.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver successful GTM execution.
  • Develop sales enablement assets, competitive positioning, and customer-facing messaging.
  • Build compelling value propositions that resonate with business and technical buyers.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve the speed and effectiveness of product marketing.
  • Measure success through pipeline influence, market penetration, and revenue impact.
