About The Position

Fanatics is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management to own the fulfillment, distribution network, and WMS platform. This role is critical in shaping the technology strategy for Fanatics' supply chain, managing the system of record for product movement and storage across a global network. The position involves leading product strategy and roadmaps for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), driving technology across fulfillment and distribution to support various operational models (eCommerce, wholesale, omnichannel), and enabling new deployment strategies. A key focus will be on driving the micro-fulfillment model and integrating automation across warehouse execution systems. The role also includes defining and tracking key performance metrics for network operations. Additionally, the Senior Director will define and evolve the product vision for the Global Shipping platform, including carrier integrations, TMS strategy, and rate shopping. This involves making build vs. buy decisions for TMS, driving shipping capabilities across different fulfillment models, and championing low-touch logistics execution to reduce costs and improve throughput. Performance metrics for shipping will also be defined and tracked.
