This role is for a Senior Director, Product Management - Supply Chain Technology at Fanatics. The position involves owning the fulfillment, distribution network, and WMS platform, including leading product strategy and roadmap for the Warehouse Management System, driving network transformation, enabling greenfield deployments and retrofit programs, managing micro-fulfillment models, and owning automation integration strategy. It also encompasses defining and evolving the product vision for Fanatics' Global Shipping platform, collaborating with Logistics and Transportation partners on carrier integrations, Transportation Management System (TMS) strategy, rate shopping, and package lifecycle management, and championing low-touch logistics execution. The role requires driving integrated product vision and roadmap, ensuring platform decisions balance customer experience, operational scalability, cost efficiency, and compliance, leading build vs. buy evaluations, partnering with Engineering and Finance, translating strategy into requirements, and leading a team of Product Managers.
