As Senior Director of Product, Drive & Land Traffic, you’ll help shape how people find Etsy, engage with the marketplace, and return over time. You’ll guide the roadmap for offsite surfaces, landing experiences, and lifecycle engagement, making every interaction feel relevant and inspiring. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Machine Learning, Data Science, Research, and Finance to deliver meaningful, scalable solutions. This is a full-time position reporting to the Vice President, Product Growth. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy. For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States. Candidates living within commutable distance of Etsy’s Brooklyn Office Hub may be the first to be considered. For candidates within commutable distance, Etsy requires in-office attendance once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. Requirements

12+ years in product management, including leading teams of Product Managers
Managing large-scale growth portfolios in fast-paced marketplaces or consumer tech
Experience with marketing, engagement, landing page optimization, and conversion
Using data, testing, and machine learning to create measurable impact
Comfort working across teams and aligning stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering
Ability to switch between strategic and operational thinking
Clear, motivating communication that inspires teams
Managing revenue impact and navigating trade-offs thoughtfully
A genuine connection to Etsy’s mission, with enthusiasm for people-centered commerce

Responsibilities

Plan product strategy across the growth funnel, including acquisition, engagement, and reactivation
Design personalized experiences powered by machine learning
Develop marketing systems, including feeds, indexing, audience signals, and campaign automation
Enable creators and influencers to drive traffic and discovery
Build landing and entry experiences that guide buyers to engaging onsite journeys
Help sellers promote shops and listings through Etsy’s marketing channels
Create content systems that combine human curation and algorithmic recommendations
Set and share a clear vision for growth, engagement, and marketing innovation
Translate strategy into priorities and measurable outcomes for your team
Shape and adjust the product roadmap, balancing short-term results with long-term growth
Partner with Marketing to improve channel performance and user experiences
Apply machine learning, personalization, and testing to deliver relevant experiences
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, and Research to build scalable solutions
Establish routines that encourage learning, experimentation, and accountability
Coach and mentor Product Managers, supporting their growth and leadership development
Represent your portfolio in executive discussions and planning meetings
Support Etsy’s mission, ensuring growth strategies benefit buyers, sellers, and the marketplace
