About The Position

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a Director, Product Development to join our mission-driven organization. This position is critical to supporting our Federal client with Electronic Health Modernization needs. This role combines hands-on technical integration development, end-to-end project management responsibilities, and influencing both internal product teams on schedule and external client growth opportunities for healthcare interfaces and product delivery. This role oversees the engineering federal program efforts and will require knowledge in technical planning, design, configuration, and security infrastructure within a federal system. This role will provide strategic coordination between the client, third-party systems integrator, and internal lines of businesses. The position serves as the executive engineer and will have oversight of architectural and security activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of federal contracting rules and regulations and be comfortable operating within a highly regulated environment. It will require communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams at an executive level—both with internal stakeholders and client partners.
