About The Position

The Senior Director, Pricing and Contracting will build and lead the pricing and contracting function for a specialty biopharmaceutical company preparing for its first U.S. commercial launch. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for pricing and contracting decisions across commercial and government channels, establishing the processes, governance, and partnerships that support those decisions, and guiding the brand through launch and its initial contracting cycles. The role will lead U.S. contracting strategy across PBMs, GPOs and rebate aggregators, health plans, integrated delivery networks, specialty pharmacies, distributors, and wholesalers. It will evaluate proposals and model their financial and government pricing implications; develop pricing recommendations and governance; establish government pricing and compliance processes; and build rebate, contract administration, systems, and vendor operations. The Senior Director will partner closely with finance, legal, compliance, trade, commercial, and national account teams, and will hire, lead, and develop the pricing and contracting team. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with a hybrid schedule based in the Central New Jersey office, approximately three days per week. The annual salary range is $290,000–$310,000, plus a 35% target bonus and annual long-term incentive eligibility. The offered salary will depend on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Standard client hiring protocols include a comprehensive background check and drug screening before the start of employment.
