Huckleberry is seeking a Senior Director of User Acquisition and Growth to lead user acquisition efforts for their app, which is used by over 5 million families. This role is crucial for the company's mission to support families through parenthood. The ideal candidate will focus on building sustainable marketing loops that balance organic and paid strategies for efficient scaling. This position reports to the VP of Brand Marketing, manages a team, and collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and UX Design within a Growth Pod. The responsibilities include defining the end-to-end user acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels, owning unit economics (LTV:CAC), and leading a team. The role involves influencing the Product-Led Growth (PLG) roadmap, leveraging the existing user community for growth, acting as a bridge between marketing and product, establishing robust data and attribution models, and championing experimentation. Oversight of channel strategy includes performance marketing (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic), content-led acquisition for SEO, App Store Optimization (ASO), and affiliate marketing management.
