About The Position

Centric is seeking a marketing leader to shape the narrative of their brand. This high-impact role is for an individual passionate about brand, strategy, storytelling, design, and people. The Director of Marketing and Growth will lead the marketing function for a growing, employee-owned construction company, guiding the brand, supporting growth, and ensuring clear, creative, and confident market representation. Marketing at Centric is integral to winning work, building relationships, communicating value, celebrating employees, and representing the company's identity. The role involves close collaboration with Business Development, Preconstruction, Operations, Executive Leadership, and the marketing team on various initiatives including proposals, project interviews, brand strategy, social content, project storytelling, photography, events, sponsorships, internal communications, PR, and strategic planning. This position requires the ability to seamlessly transition between strategy and execution, lead discussions, shape messaging, enhance design, and provide hands-on support when needed.

Requirements

  • Progressive marketing experience, ideally in construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, development, professional services, or another relationship-driven industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing function across brand, proposals, project interviews, digital content, advertising, sponsorships, public relations, photography, collateral, internal communications, and creative direction.
  • Ensure marketing materials are sharp, the message is consistent, and the brand accurately reflects Centric.
  • Support the company's strategic direction through marketing efforts.
  • Lead and mentor a small, talented marketing team, fostering their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Preconstruction, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
  • Develop and execute brand strategy.
