Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience, with at least 5 years in DME, home health or post-acute care.
  • Deep knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, PDGM reimbursement model, OASIS requirements, and payer billing rules.
  • Proven track record of reducing AR, improving cash flow, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Expertise with home health RCM systems (e.g. Brightree, HRP, etc.) and billing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Directing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle for the organization.
  • Ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient billing, coding, reimbursement, and collections processes that support strong financial performance and operational excellence.
  • Leading operations, teams, technology initiatives, and cross-department coordination to drive end-to-end revenue cycle results.
