We are seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead and scale ARMRA’s paid growth engine, with primary ownership of Meta and TikTok. This role is responsible for acquisition strategy, in-platform execution, and performance optimization across key revenue-driving channels. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will directly manage campaigns while partnering closely with Growth Creative and eCommerce teams to drive high-performing creative, landing page alignment, and full-funnel conversion. The ideal candidate has proven experience scaling a TikTok Shop business and understands how to connect paid media, native commerce, and DTC site performance into one cohesive growth system.
