About The Position

Ammortal is seeking a hands-on design leader to unify the experience of its Chamber, software, and digital presence. The role will define how people experience Ammortal across the full journey, including the website, Chamber interfaces, in-session guidance, and tools used by partners and guests. The leader will establish the experience vision and design roadmap, build a unified design system and quality standards, and grow the internal experience design team while directing external partners. The position reports to the Chief Product Officer and works closely with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations. It combines strategic leadership with direct design, prototyping, and critique work. Ammortal is a small, startup-culture team that integrates five science-backed modalities into an immersive 25-minute session. Its product is used in wellness clinics, spas, hotels, homes, and by sports teams and individuals focused on recovery and performance. This role offers an opportunity to shape the experience as the company scales.
