About The Position

Red Ventures Home empowers partners through a unique blend of high-scale proprietary distribution, data models, AI-enabled applications, and strategic client partnerships. We help our clients unlock significant and sustainable growth across the home services ecosystem, ranging from telecommunications and security to energy and home automation. As a Red Ventures company, we have more than 20 years of experience building strategic, long-standing relationships with some of the world’s most powerful brands across industries like financial services, retail, real estate, and entertainment. We believe the next phase of advantage will come from integrated operating systems that connect decisioning, execution, intelligence, and governance into a shared foundation that improves over time. Red Ventures Home is investing in that future through our Growth Operating System, a set of reusable workflows, agents, context layers, and governance mechanisms designed to help our teams and our partners drive growth more efficiently, more intelligently, and at greater scale. We are seeking a Senior Director of AI Product Management to lead a product portfolio across our Home Client Services division. Our product organization is responsible for transforming our clients’ customer acquisition, retention, and operations through applications of AI and ML. In this role, you will oversee multiple product teams dedicated to designing, building, deploying, and scaling AI-driven products and agentic workflows for Fortune 500 partners. You will define the strategic direction for your domain, establish the frameworks and operating rhythms that guide teams, and ensure we deliver sustained, measurable value across a broad set of client engagements. We expect the person in this role to bring a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their real-world application. You combine technical fluency with strategic judgment, enabling you to assess feasibility, shape long-term bets, and identify how emerging capabilities will reshape customer needs, partner operations, and business models.

Requirements

  • Deeply curious: You have a genuine drive to understand how the world is changing and how emerging AI capabilities can be applied in practice. You invest time in staying close to new developments, forming clear opinions on what makes systems effective, and bringing that perspective into product strategy, team leadership, and execution.
  • Commercial alignment: You bring an entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong commercial instincts, identifying where value can be unlocked across a portfolio and shaping strategic bets that meaningfully advance customer and business outcomes
  • Systems thinker: You understand how teams, workflows, incentives, and technology interact across complex organizations, enabling you to diagnose bottlenecks, redesign operating models, and scale patterns that drive better outcomes across multiple client engagements
  • Relationship-driven: You build durable relationships with client counterparts and internal leaders, understanding their motivations and constraints, and using these partnerships to shape decisions, secure alignment, and accelerate impact
  • 0→1 delivery: Led the creation of new AI products or capabilities from concept to launch, defining the vision, aligning executives on strategy and investment, and orchestrating a team through ambiguity to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Built from experience: You’ve worked hands-on with production-grade AI systems, giving you the grounding to credibly guide teams, assess feasibility, and make strategic decisions about investment and long-term capability development.
  • Influencing complex clients: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex client or B2B environments, influence strategic direction, harmonize product roadmaps across teams, and gain commitment to the investments necessary for successful delivery.
  • Leading leaders: Experience managing managers, with responsibility for coaching leadership behaviors, elevating product craft, and guiding technical and strategic decision-making across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the portfolio outcomes: Lead a portfolio of high-impact AI product initiatives, setting the “what” and the “why” for multiple product teams while being responsible for ensuring those initiatives deliver measurable client and business outcomes aligned to long-term strategic goals for our clients
  • Shape strategy with clients: Work directly with senior client stakeholders to surface opportunities, shape solutions, and build buy-in for the strategy and investment required. Establish the frameworks and operating models that enable teams to execute consistently and effectively across engagements
  • Guide investments: Oversee portfolio budgets, secure alignment on funding and resources, and evaluate trade-offs across initiatives. Influence executive-level decisions by articulating risks, ROI, and strategic recommendations with clarity and conviction
  • Advance the Operating System: Lead teams deploying agentic workflows across client engagements and translate the Growth Operating System vision into practical execution. Establish how shared workflows, context, orchestration, and optimization are applied in the market, and ensure delivery learnings are turned into reusable capabilities that strengthen the broader system over time.
  • Develop leaders: Manage and develop product leads, providing guidance on product strategy, technical direction, and organizational leadership. Build a strong, diverse talent pipeline and set high standards for product excellence
