About The Position

Bounteous is hiring an executive-level consultant to lead a multi-product program for a client, shape its direction with market, competitive, and industry insight, and engage confidently with VP, SVP, and CMO stakeholders while remaining accountable for measurable ROI. The role uses a marketer’s understanding of audiences, segmentation, and customer journeys to inform the products being built for marketers. It is a player-coach position: the person provides an executive point of view and personally builds the work behind it. The role leads a blended team of consultants and manages relationships and expectations with client marketing, product, design, engineering, data, and AI teams. The listed locations are Atlanta, Dallas, or New Jersey, with remote work indicated. Telecom is preferred. Bounteous describes itself as an end-to-end digital transformation consultancy partnering with ambitious brands. It works across Strategy, Analytics, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Experience Design, Digital Experience Platforms, and Marketing, and has more than 5,000 team members across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience, including 4+ years at Senior Manager, Director, or above at a reputable consulting firm.
  • Recurring, direct work with VP, SVP, or C-level executives, including confident participation in dynamic executive conversations and examples of decisions shaped.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning marketing, product, engineering, data, and AI through influence rather than line authority.
  • Hands-on executive storytelling, including personally building presentations and narratives.
  • Deep product-led growth experience in activation, onboarding, product-qualified leads, lifecycle, and experimentation, with direct impact on funnel metrics.
  • Experience connecting marketing journeys to in-product experiences so acquisition, activation, and expansion work as one funnel.
  • Experience shaping multi-product roadmaps using market and competitive evidence.
  • Experience building and defending ROI cases involving revenue attribution, cost savings, or efficiency gains.
  • Experience in or alongside a marketing organization, such as growth, lifecycle, digital, or product marketing.
  • Understanding of audiences, segmentation, customer journeys, first-party data, channel mix, and attribution.
  • Credibility with a CMO and their leadership team.
  • General understanding of marketing technology, customer data, and analytics platforms, such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GrowthLoop, cloud data platforms, and BI tools; hands-on use is not required.
  • Executive and consulting leadership and product-led growth experience are essential; a marketing background is required as context. The role does not run marketing or campaigns.

Nice To Haves

  • Telecom consulting experience for or at a carrier, cable, broadband, or MVNO business, including areas such as digital self-serve, upgrades and churn, or B2B and SMB adoption.
  • Track record of transforming or redesigning marketing operations workflows.
  • Experience applying AI to marketing workflows, such as audience modeling, content generation, or journey personalization.

Responsibilities

  • Direct vendor and client teams toward a shared plan without formal authority over client staff.
  • Set priorities with client marketing and product leads, and unblock design, engineering, data, and AI teams.
  • Define the KPI tree and measurement plan with client data teams.
  • Track adoption, utilization, revenue attribution, and in-year savings, including reduced spend and workflow optimization.
  • Bring market trends, competitor moves, customer behavior, and telecom industry shifts into the program and translate them into implications for the product portfolio.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to client product leadership, providing evidence, benchmarks, and options to inform product vision and roadmap decisions.
  • Apply a product-led growth perspective to identify opportunities in activation, onboarding, lifecycle, and experimentation.
  • Engage VP, SVP, and CMO stakeholders, frame decisions, and bring recommendations.
  • Build executive presentations and storylines personally, using campaign, audience, and product data directly or through the data team to identify insights.
