About The Position

The Director/Senior Director, Market Access & Marketing will lead the market access strategy for LYBALVI and ARISTADA. This role requires the ability to protect and improve market access through creative strategies, pricing, contracting and HEOR alignment therefore requiring a leader who can move fluidly between access economics and value story creation and who can translate both into a clear, compelling narrative for senior leadership. The level (Director vs. Senior Director) will be calibrated based on the candidate's demonstrated scope of experience, strategic maturity, and readiness to operate with a high degree of autonomy at the senior leadership interface.

Requirements

  • Experience 7–10+ years (Director) or 5+ years (Senior Director) in pharmaceutical/biotech market access and/or marketing, with direct portfolio or brand ownership.
  • Prior management experience required; experience building or scaling a team preferred for the Senior Director level.
  • Track record of presenting strategy directly to senior leadership and influencing resourcing or strategic decisions at that level.
  • Mental health/CNS therapeutic area experience strongly preferred; will consider strong specialty/complex-access experience in an adjacent therapeutic area.
  • Strong working knowledge of: GTN architecture and pricing strategy, payer contracting and formulary strategy, prior authorization/utilization management dynamics, and gross-to-net trend management
