About The Position

The Senior Director of Integrated Marketing owns the three channels where BELLAMI shows up most powerfully in culture: social, influencer and ambassador, and public relations. This is a builder's seat, full of opportunity. You'll inherit a brand with unmatched authority among pro stylists, a passionate and engaged creator community, and a wonderful opportunity to shape what an ambassador program can look like in 2026 and beyond. You'll get to reimagine the ambassador strategy, help our community grow even closer, and raise the creative bar on social, all while building a team that becomes one of the best integrated marketing functions in beauty.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in integrated marketing, brand, or communications, with meaningful experience across social, influencer, and PR.
  • Understanding of Pro Beauty, hairstylist community, fashion, or adjacent lifestyle category experience a plus; a strong understanding of creator and community-led brands is important.
  • Experience building or growing ambassador or influencer programs, with a good sense of what drives results for a channel.
  • You think in seasons and systems, not just campaigns, and enjoy building things that last.
  • A track record of building and developing high-performing teams; people who've worked with you enjoy staying in touch.
  • Creatively literate: you can give a designer or editor useful feedback, and you know what good looks like.
  • Commercially minded: you can connect brand work to growth and pro recruitment, and enjoy making the case for good ideas.
  • Comfortable in a brand that is both established and growing; you're excited to help shape the path forward.
  • Genuinely energized by the professional stylist community; you respect the craft and the people behind it.

Responsibilities

  • Reimagine our influencer and ambassador program for a creator economy where reach, credibility, and craft all matter.
  • Help architect a tiered ambassador ecosystem (master artists, working pros, rising stylists, consumer voices) with clear value exchange, goals, and progression paths at each tier.
  • Define what makes a BELLAMI ambassador feel truly valued in their career, whether through education, exposure, equity, or all three.
  • Build the programs and rituals (content drops, summits, co-creation, advisory councils) that make ambassadors feel like true partners.
  • Develop a measurement framework that captures commercial impact, community growth, and community health.
  • Help set goals for the influencer and ambassador channel, with attributed sales tracked through affiliate codes, trackable links, and creator storefronts.
  • Support channel growth by identifying the partners and formats that resonate most with our community.
  • Build an always-on affiliate and commission structure that rewards ambassadors for their partnership and creativity.
  • Connect ambassador activity to pro recruitment and loyalty, two things that matter greatly to our long-term growth.
  • Set per-tier goals (such as engagement, conversion, and content contribution) and share updates regularly.
  • Partner with ecommerce and retail teams to help influencer-driven excitement translate into a great experience at the point of sale, online and in salon.
  • Help shape the strategy and roadmap for BELLAMI Pro as a vibrant community, not just a loyalty tier.
  • Create programming that gives stylists a reason to show up and engage regularly, not just at launch moments.
  • Partner with education and sales to make the community a warm welcome for every new pro.
  • Celebrate and support the rising voices who will define the next decade of the industry.
  • Set the creative and editorial direction across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Build a content engine that pairs in-house production with ambassador and community content.
  • Help drive discovery, consideration, and salon recruitment through organic and paid social working together.
  • Make BELLAMI a brand pros are proud to tag and share.
  • Set PR strategy across trade, consumer beauty, fashion, and business press.
  • Build relationships with the editors, producers, and stylists shaping what beauty looks like next season.
  • Manage agency relationships and in-house comms with equal care.
  • Support thought-leadership platforms for our founders and senior creatives.
  • Assess the current team with care, and grow it thoughtfully to match the strategy.
  • Develop direct reports into the next generation of beauty marketing leaders.
  • Set a warm, clear bar for creative quality, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.
  • Build a culture of open feedback, curiosity, and shared accountability across the team.
  • Be a leader people love working with and want to grow alongside.

  • Base pay of $190,000-210,000 with additional 15% annual bonus
