The Integrated Marketing Director will lead the strategic vision, planning an execution of our content ecosystem across all earned and owned channels. This leader will transform brand priorities, product launches, partnerships, consumer insights and performance data into a cohesive content engine that scales the business. This role will be a key part of our strategy to become the most influential omni-channel strength brand in the world by serving as the connective hub across the marketing organization. They will do this by ensuring every consumer touchpoint (eComm, commercial, retail, partnerships, social, PR, activations etc) works together to tell a consistent and compelling REP brand experience. They will help shape not only what REP says, but also how the brand comes to life across channels, audiences and experiences. They will also be an expert with demonstrable experience in activating digital content ecosystems for global consumer brands. This role will be directly responsible for building and leading our Social Media, Content, PR & Editorial teams to meet these objectives.
