Director, Integrated Marketing

CreyosToronto, ON
CA$155,000 - CA$175,000Hybrid

About The Position

Creyos (formerly Cambridge Brain Sciences) is a leading growth-stage B2B SaaS HealthTech company. Our proprietary digital cognitive assessment tools are used by healthcare providers treating mental health conditions, brain injuries, aging, and other patient populations worldwide, as well as by leading researchers. The Director of Integrated Marketing will build the engine behind our growth, with experience in both SMB and enterprise marketing, and a proven ability to build demand generation programs from the ground up. This role requires comfort with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and hands-on, multi-channel campaign optimization. The ideal candidate understands the complexities of healthcare, including long sales cycles and diverse buying committees. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, requiring the candidate to live in the GTA and commute regularly to the downtown office.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS and specifically HealthTech.
  • 4+ years leading teams or complex cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated success building enterprise and ABM programs across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many motions.
  • Proven ability to connect ABM activity to account progression, pipeline, revenue, or expansion.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise buying committees through long, complex sales cycles.
  • Strong integrated campaign development and project management across multiple channels and functions.
  • Exceptional messaging, writing, editing, creative briefing, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor tone, framing, and content to the audience and desired outcome.
  • A close working history with Sales, account management, and Revenue Operations.
  • Experience coaching marketers at varying levels of capability and independence.
  • Comfortable in a growth-stage, resource-constrained environment — resourceful, decisive, and low ego.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other MarTech platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Help build and lead our enterprise and ABM strategy with the CMO, Sales leadership, and Revenue Operations.
  • Develop a tiered ABM model — one-to-one for strategic accounts, one-to-few for account clusters, one-to-many for broader segments — with clear target-account criteria and success measures.
  • Create repeatable account plays Sales and Marketing activate together, measured on account progression and opportunity creation rather than impressions and clicks.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members across demand generation and field marketing, helping them gain new experiences and elevate competencies.
  • Set clear priorities, ownership, and performance expectations, and address gaps directly and fairly.
  • Introduce the frameworks and coaching that let the team execute high-quality campaigns independently.
  • Lead campaigns end to end: business objective, audience insight, message, creative, activation, and optimization.
  • Write the briefs that align messaging, content, creative, channels, Sales participation, timelines, and metrics.
  • Sharpen segmentation and targeting for professional and mid-market programs, moving demand generation from broad tactics to focused, insight-led campaigns.
  • Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Product on lifecycle programs supporting product engagement, renewal, advocacy, and expansion.
  • Support GTM strategies for new feature launches, developing communication and advertising plans to promote early excitement and adoption.
  • Partner with the CMO to continually elevate the clarity and differentiation of our messaging, grounding it in customer problems and outcomes rather than product features.
  • Give specific, actionable feedback to team members on concepts, writing, design, and sales materials that materially improves the work.
  • Own the marketing campaign calendar and a consistent cadence for planning, briefing, launch readiness, and post-campaign review.
  • Report on performance across SMB and enterprise segments, including target-account engagement, lead progression, opportunity creation, pipeline value, and closed-won business.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve reporting and attribution, and use results to improve the next program.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits covering medical, dental, vision, mental health, wellness and more.
  • Career paths leading to more senior roles.
  • Investment in development, growth, and career advancement.
  • Annual company-wide break in December.
  • Two additional holidays off per year: U.S. Independence Day and U.S. Thanksgiving (celebrated as Brain Holidays).
