The Senior HR Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to plan, facilitate, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate policies, activities, and staff to attract and retain top talent. The Senior HR Director will lead our HR, Staffing and Recruitment teams in day-to-day operations, driving excellence and consistency throughout the organization. Oversees the daily workflow of human resources departments. Collaborates with leaders across manufacturing sites to guide, and align with communications, culture, and workflows. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and innovative technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to senior leadership. Leads the HR team in conducting research and analysis of organizational trends including the review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resource information systems (HRIS). Guides and administers human resource programs including, but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale. Helps plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs. Manages discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Collaborates with senior leadership to identify and implement the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Travels as needed to other Hyve locations. Performs other duties as required.
