About The Position

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Leader to serve as the primary point of contact and partner for Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (Coke Florida), the 3rd largest privately held bottler and 6th largest independent bottler. This role is responsible for representing the total region portfolio and stewarding the development of Coca-Cola brands, growing revenue, volume, share, and transactions in partnership with Coke Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience with bottling operations and/or Franchise Leadership, with a strong ability to build relationships and execute strategies across the network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • 7-10 or more years in a CPG organization responsible for direct sales, key accounts, or franchise management with P&L responsibility.
  • Experience as a Business Partner with Bottler or manufacturing experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer, and distributor management.
  • Demonstrated track record for delivering positive revenue results.
  • Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to Coke Florida, analyzing performance data, extracting insights, and presenting recommendations to drive growth.
  • Ensure optimal system and performance management routines to steward data and performance insights.
  • Act as a liaison between bottlers and the 'Center' for commercial plans, building capabilities and operationalizing strategies, processes, and platforms for best-in-class execution.
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Commercial on the development of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Joint Business Plan (JBP).
  • Analyze and synthesize market data, performance metrics, and customer insights to build business cases and foster alignment around growth strategies.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Coke Florida, identifying growth opportunities and developing plans to unlock revenue potential and optimize performance.
  • Lead performance management routines, including reporting on revenue, volume, share, transactions, and execution objectives.
  • Operationalize commercial strategies, frameworks, processes, and platforms to drive local market execution excellence.
  • Ensure distribution capability efficiencies, outlet execution, and expansion benchmarks are met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities, providing insights to drive adaptive decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with franchise peers and bottlers on contingency plans to deliver annual business plan performance.
  • Standardize a common approach to capability, assessing capabilities against commercial strategies, identifying gaps, and developing action plans.
  • Coordinate training and development to enable more effective processes, scorecards, and business routines.
  • Steward the planning process with the franchise commercial director.
  • Involvement with governance agreements and managing governance routines.
  • Manage discretionary budgets based on regional needs.
