Senior Director, Franchise Development

About The Position
The Sr. Director of Franchise Development is responsible for the prospecting, recruitment and signing of qualified franchise candidates as well as building relationships with existing franchisees resulting in their execution of new development commitments. Meeting/exceeding annual sales quotas for all Focus Brands concepts in assigned geography will be primary success measure.
Requirements
- Proven track record in franchise development or sales
- Strong understanding of franchise sales processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Experience in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Focus Brands concepts
- Knowledge of assigned geography
