As an EX Senior Director within our Communication & Engagement Solutions Community, you will help our clients with communication and engagement strategies, HR and reward communication/digital solutions, and will be responsible for driving commercial and market impact by seamlessly and intuitively connecting solutions across our EX portfolio – including employee insights (listening/surveys, assessments), strategy and change management, behavior change, communications and employee experience software (Embark). You will be responsible for development and execution of measurable, results-based strategies that contribute to client growth, market differentiation, and expansion of our EX offerings with a clear line of sight to business outcomes. This includes supporting changes to HR programs such as employee experience, Total Rewards communications, organization transformation, AI, wellbeing, benefits and culture. You will draw on your growth mindset, imagination, creativity and exceptional writing skills, as well as your ability to analyze information, develop conclusions and present content through clear, well-written communication in a variety of media formats. Success in this role is defined not only by the quality of work, but by impact – helping clients achieve meaningful change and contributing to the growth of our EX business.
