QuantexaNew York, NY
Hybrid

About The Position

Quantexa is seeking a disciplined sales leader to drive innovation and deliver a clear return on investment for the financial services industry through more trusted risk management, financial crime detection, and customer analytics. This position is pivotal to the strategy to expand the company's footprint in the North American banking market. The role involves leading, mentoring, and expanding a team of 4 to 6 motivated sales professionals, transitioning them from a point-solution focus to selling the broader, transformational Contextual Decision Intelligence (CDI) platform capabilities. The primary hub for this role is New York City, with potential consideration for Boston or Charlotte. The role requires an expectation of 2-3 days per week in the New York office, unless traveling for client meetings.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an enterprise software sales manager or director in North America.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, grow, and elevate high-performing sales teams.
  • A strict, process-driven seller (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, or similar methodologies).
  • Proven history of personally closing and overseeing large, complex, 7-figure enterprise software/platform transactions within the financial services sector.
  • An active selling partner who loves rolling up their sleeves, chasing inbound leads, networking at events, and directly participating in deal cycles.
  • Ability to understand the complex data challenges within a bank and clearly articulate how advanced technology solves those core business pain points.
  • Experience of collaborating with Global Alliances and partners (such as GSIs and Hyperscalers) to accelerate sales cycles and scale deal sizes.
  • Ambitious, highly energetic, and determined to succeed.
  • A direct, "no-nonsense" communicator with excellent executive presence.
  • An inclusive decision-maker who values collaboration but has the confidence to take decisive independent action when required.
  • Resilient and perseverant through long, highly regulated banking procurement cycles.
  • East Coast based clients and partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working at a technology company during its mid-stage growth phase (e.g., scaling from $100M to $250m+ ARR).
  • Prior experience selling Financial Crime, Fraud, Compliance, or enterprise data management platforms into banking environments.
  • An existing, active network of senior executive relationships within the North American Core Banking landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the sales strategy and go-to-market plan for the North American Core Banking team, establishing a disciplined, repeatable sales cadence.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 4 to 6 Sales Directors while actively participating in the sales process.
  • Lead from the front, joining reps in the trenches to co-sell and help navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Consistently deliver against sales targets, securing high-value enterprise platform deals and building a robust, qualified pipeline.
  • Educate bank executives on the strategic business value of a unified Decision Intelligence platform, moving beyond selling simple point-solutions.
  • Partner closely with internal teams including Solutions Engineering (SE), Alliances, and Industry experts to align the platform with key banking pain points.
