Senior Director, CISO Healthcare West
About The Position
Zscaler is seeking an experienced Healthcare Provider CISO/CTO to join their Sales and Go-to-Market team in the West region. This role will serve as Zscaler's technical executive sponsor with major healthcare providers, influencing technology decisions and providing technical leadership within the Healthcare Go-to-Market team in a customer-facing capacity. The position involves overseeing all technology, technological resources, and establishing the technology vision, strategies, and growth plans. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supporting a growth strategy by expanding existing customer relationships, acquiring new logos, developing new business opportunities, and cultivating partner relationships. Responsibilities also include conducting research on industry trends and latest technologies, analyzing and improving technology standards across the organization, and staying knowledgeable about system alterations.
Requirements
- 10 years experience in leadership roles demonstrating expertise in technology improvement and development within healthcare
- 5 years experience as a Healthcare Provider CISO/CTO
- BS or BA degree required
- Must be expert in supporting GTM teams within the healthcare provider community

Responsibilities
- Be Zscaler's technical executive sponsor with the largest healthcare providers and make technology decisions on behalf of the organization.
- Provide technical leadership and serve a necessary role within the Healthcare GTM team in a customer-facing capacity.
- Oversee all technology, technological resources and establish the technology vision, strategies, and growth plans.
- Support a growth strategy by expanding existing customer relationships, acquiring new logos, developing new business opportunities, and cultivating partner relationships.
- Conduct research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable regarding industry trends and latest technologies in anticipation of new and system alterations.
