We are seeking a high performing Director, Business Development, Danaher Diagnostics. This role will be responsible for aggressively growing the size of the business over the next three to five years through a combination of above-industry organic growth and strategically attractive acquisitions that will deliver strong returns on capital. The role involves supporting business leaders in driving proprietary market insights, serving as a project leader in conducting market and target company diligence, building an M&A funnel, and cultivating mid- near- and long-term target relationships. The successful candidate will become an expert on adjacent and non-adjacent spaces, connect disaggregated technical and commercial domains to identify value, distill data into insights for decision-making, identify and communicate business levers, convince senior decision makers of market attractiveness, and partner with Danaher’s Corporate Development team to execute deals.
