Requirements

  • Six years of work experience in food service or administrative support, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with large-scale scheduling and workforce coordination.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems and student employment protocols.
  • Valid Food Handler Certificate.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, HR, or business-related field.
  • Experience working with college-aged student employees.
  • Familiarity with franchise operations (e.g., Auntie Anne’s).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Managing Dining Services' large-scale student employment program, employing approximately 200 students annually across multiple campus dining units.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping support, basic HR documentation, and scheduling coordination for student workers.
  • Providing operational oversight of the Auntie Anne’s franchise and cashier operations for Center Court and Chick-fil-A.
  • Ensuring consistent student labor coverage in alignment with labor pars established by other Administrator III-level leaders.
