About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Digital Workplace Trainer & Adoption Lead to drive enterprise-wide engagement, enablement, and training programs focused on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and emerging Generative AI platforms. The ideal candidate will blend deep knowledge of modern digital workplace tools with experience in change management, user-centric design, and enterprise-scale rollouts. This individual will serve as a key change agent and subject matter expert, empowering employees with the tools and knowledge to maximize productivity, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across a global organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital workplace enablement, user training, or enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Proven leadership in driving adoption of M365, SharePoint Online, Viva, Copilot, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong expertise in creating multimedia training materials, digital learning content, and guiding users through behavior change.
  • Familiarity with digital adoption tools, LMS platforms, knowledge management, and content lifecycle strategies.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI integration and Copilot/ChatGPT use cases is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365, SAFe Agile, or change management are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver digital enablement strategies for enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva) and AI productivity platforms (Copilot, Azure OpenAI).
  • Develop and facilitate hands-on training programs, self-serve learning assets (videos, job aids, LMS modules), and workshops tailored to diverse user personas and business needs.
  • Partner with IT, HR, Corporate Communications, and business units to drive change management initiatives and foster a digital-first mindset.
  • Use analytics and user feedback to continuously optimize adoption programs and training content.
  • Lead onboarding and rollout campaigns for new tools and features, including governance models, communication plans, and success metrics.
  • Support the closed-loop knowledge ecosystem by integrating feedback into product roadmaps and training iterations.
  • Manage and coach a team or matrixed resources supporting digital enablement and support services.
