Senior DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Kubernetes
About The Position
The Senior DevOps Engineer will work in Alpharetta, Georgia, and support DevOps and CI/CD initiatives. The role involves DevOps assessment and roadmap definition, along with work involving CI/CD platforms, API gateway technology, containers, cloud technologies, virtualization, networking, encryption, Linux system administration, and incident management. The position requires strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills, including the ability to interact with people at all levels and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Harness, and Apigee API gateway.
- Strong experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS).
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Harness, GitLab, or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Working experience with OCP and/or other Azure cloud technologies.
- Experience or knowledge of virtualization technologies, enterprise networking, encryption standards, technologies, and related elements.
- Working knowledge of Linux CentOS/RHEL systems administration.
- Experience with incident management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of responsibility and authority.
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
