Requirements

  • Expertise with Kubernetes (GKE) and containerization technologies.
  • Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform and Ansible.)
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Strong background working in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • Ability to write high-quality, production-grade code in languages like Python or Golang for automation and service development.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with developing or integrating AI/ML tooling.
  • Familiarity with modern Observability practices, including robust logging, metrics, and alerting, e.g. Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana) and Prometheus/Grafana.
  • Expertise in advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization of complex services running in high-traffic Linux-based production environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native services and experience with SQL/NoSQL database infrastructure automation.
  • Strong ownership mindset to drive technical roadmaps and initiatives, coupled with excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a multi-region team.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles.
  • Building containerized applications and managing Kubernetes clusters, with a focus on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
  • Developing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines using modern tools like ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins for rapid deployment.
  • Driving automation across all aspects of the IT infrastructure and operations to minimize manual effort, improve reliability and improve the user experience.
  • Exploring and implementing AI tooling to enhance operational efficiency, security, and predictive maintenance capabilities.
