About The Position

Now, many years later, we provide end-to-end product development for renowned healthcare, fintech, and transport companies from Germany, the UK, Switzerland, Silicon Valley, and more. We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join us on a contract basis for an initial engagement of 3 to 6 months, with the opportunity to start immediately. In this role, you'll take ownership of design projects that bring our brand to life — crafting compelling visual materials that communicate our message with clarity, strengthen our identity, and genuinely connect with our target audiences.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools are essential
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in design work
Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
A focus on achieving tangible outcomes and delivering designs that meet project objectives and contribute to overall business goals

Nice To Haves

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro would be an advantage
Expertise in Ul / UX / Web design would be an advantage

Responsibilities

Design visuals for various company needs: presentations, social media, case studies, articles, newsletters, quarterly reports, and infographics
Create engaging video content for Social Media and our website
Ensure designs are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
Collaborate with different departments to design print materials (Talents and Culture, Business Development, Partnership Management, etc.)
Design new landing pages to enhance user experience
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
