Nice To Haves

3–6 years of experience in UX, UI, product design, or digital marketing
A portfolio that shows beautifully crafted work, data driven thinking, and measurable impact
Proficiency in Figma and other standard design, collaboration and AI tools
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and presentation-ready design artifacts, while leveraging AI to support exploration and iteration in the design process
Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and component-based thinking
Fluent in accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles
Experience working in agile teams for product design and collaborating with product managers, developers, and cross-functional partners
Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support ideation, synthesis, prototyping, and content generation
Experience in consulting, agency, or complex enterprise environments is a plus
Exposure to commerce, service design, personalization, or enterprise platforms is also a plus
Motion graphics or video editing is a big plus

Responsibilities

Synthesize insights and business goals into elegant, measurable design solutions.
Act as a systems thinker who understands how scalable design and UX can create a cohesive experience across the customer journey and digital touchpoints.
Mentor others and help cultivate a collaborative and high-performing design practice.
Collaborate across disciplines and build trust with teammates and stakeholders.
Bring ideas to life through visual storytelling, presentations, and prototypes that help others see the vision and sell the work.
Be comfortable with ambiguity, handle fast-paced environments, and help create direction.
Experiment with emerging tools, including AI, to unlock new ways of working that support exploration, synthesis, and more efficient workflows.
Design each feature with purpose, understanding how it supports the broader vision and product strategy.
Facilitate and support design workshops, critiques, and collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders that move the work forward.
